You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful return, your item must meet the following conditions:

 Unused and unworn in the exact condition you received it.

 Original packaging intact, with all tags still attached.

 Proof of purchase (your receipt or order confirmation email) must be included.

Note: Items sent back to us without first initiating a return request cannot be accepted.

⚠️ Damages, Issues, & Wrong Items

🚫 Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on certain categories of items:

 Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.

 Custom-made: Special orders or personalized products.

 Personal Care: Beauty, cosmetics, and personal hygiene products.

 Hazardous Goods: Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous materials.

 Sale Items & Gift Cards: All sales on discounted items and gift cards are final.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate, new purchase for the replacement item.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet all of our standard return eligibility criteria (unworn, original packaging, with tags and proof of purchase).

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to let you know if your refund has been approved.

 Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

 Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
